Our main goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your receipt within 14 days after receipt of the purchase for a refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Guidelines & Checklist
You must contact us before returning any items. (No refunds will be issued if an item is returned without our authorization.)

Use the following checklist to return your item(s):

1. Return / Exchange form fully completed and a copy of your invoice
2. Pack the returned item(s) well (original packaging if available)
3. Provide sufficient postage on the package. Returned packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
4. Please allow up to 10 days for returns processing!
