Cash on delivery (COD) is safe and quick, but only possible if the order needs to be delivered at an address in Belgium or Luxembourg. Squareboardshop.com charges 7,50 euro payment fee for this service on top of the standard shipping costs, because the transport company charges these costs for this payment method. This surcharges is added to the order once you selected this payment method during checkout.

 

In-stock items are shipped directly after receipt of payment and delivered between 1-5 work days depending on your location of the delivery address. Parcels to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg are normally delivered with 48hours. (Monday to Friday!). Items that are out of stock will be ordered at the distributor. Your order will be shipped when it is complete. We will inform you via email if the time to deliver your order exeeds 10 work days.

A Shipment Notification e-mail will be send to your registered e-mail address with all details to follow track the parcel online.

 

You are able to follow your parcel online on the website of GLS Parcel & Logistics. The tracking code is provided to you by e-mail once we have shipped the parcel.

 

Be the first to receive the latest items by pre-ordering. Reserve an item which has not yet been released. This way you are guaranteed a prompt delivery on release, but keep the following conditions in mind:

• You order will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock. Order in-stock items separately when you wish to receive them straight away.
• Pre-ordered items always need to be paid in advance.
• Its not possible to collect pre-ordered items in our store.

 

So that we can successfully deliver your order you have to provide an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. A signature is required up on delivery. Please note that parcels CANNOT be left at a post office or PO boxes. You can provide us with a different address where someone is present such as a work, friends or neighbor address, If the parcel cannot be accepted at your normal address.
