1. What do you mean by "Satisfaction guaranteed"?

Should the product not meet your requirements then you can send the product back in unused condition within 14 days of receipt to get a refund. To do this, fill out the exchange / return form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the refund relates to the amount paid during the validation of the order (prices and delivery charges). The return costs will only be refunded to you should we have made a mistake, the product was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty.
