1. How long does it take to process my payment?

Payments through PayPal and MultiSafePay are processed in real-time. We will receive a payment confirmation from our PSP when the payment has been completed and approved. Your order is marked as Paid automatically. Processing a regular bank transfer can take 1 to 3 business days depending from your bank.

Please contact our customer service when your order status still show unpaid after 5 business days after completing the payment.
 

 

2. Which payment methods are accepted to pay for my order?

There are various payment methods available to pay for your order, depending on your country. At this moment the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on delivery (Only for delivery within Belgium)
  • Payment by invoice, 14days after receipt (Only for delivery within the Netherlands with a maximum order total of €250,00.)
  • PayPal
  • iDeal (Netherlands)
  • MisterCash / BanContact (Belgium)
  • Visa, MasterCard and Maestro
  • DirectEbanking
