1. Where do I find the current status of my order?

You can check the current order status on the "My orders" page in your account.

  1. On the top right of the page, click on My Account.
  2. Not signed in yet? Please do so first.
  3. On the left side of the page click on My Orders.
  4. A new page opens with an overview with your recent orders. You will find the current status on the right side of each order.

You can also check the current order status through you account when ordering by phone, fax or email.
