1. This is the first time I would like to order something, how do I proceed?

Purchase online through the website
Welcome on our website! You can order 24hours a day, 7 days per week. Ordering is easy as 1,2,3 just follow the next steps:

Add an item to the shopping cart
  1. Browse our website to find your item.
  2. Select, if applicable, the desired size, color or length.
  3. Choose the desired quantity.
  4. Check your selection and click the "Add to Cart" button.

The Shopping Cart
  1. You now end up in the Shopping Cart. Here you can change the quantity or remove an item from the shopping cart.
  2. If you have a coupon code you can redeem it here. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply" to validate the code.
  3. Want to know the total shipping fees for your order? Select the country of destination from the dropdown list and the total shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed in the order summary.
  4. Done shopping? Click the "Checkout" button to complete the order. Or click the "Continue Shopping" button to add other items to the shopping cart.

Enter you personal details
  1. To process your order, we ask you to fill in some personal information.
  2. Already have an account at squareboardshop.com? Then simply sign-in with your email address and password and you do not have to re-enter your personal data.
  3. This is your first order? Fill out the required fields to create your new customer account. Use a valid e-mail address and make sure it can receive e-mail from squareboardshop.com.

Specify the delivery address
  1. Make your choice whether you want to get your order delivered or want to pick up the order in our shop in Eksel.
  2. Select the option "Do not deliver, I'll pick up my order." when you want to pick up the order. Any shipping fees are removed from the order.
  3. Want your order to be delivered? You don’t have to make any changes when the order can be delivered to the same address as specified in your customer account. Specify a different address in the form when you want the order to be delivered to another address and check the entered information.
  4. You can specify any additional information such as opening hours, days when not at home etc. in the Comments field.
  5. If completed click the "Continue" button to select the desired payment method.

Choosing a payment method
  1. Now choose how you want to pay. We offer many different online options such as iDeal, Mister Cash, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard but of course a standard bank transfer also possible.
  2. Attention! When using an online payment method, all in stock items can be shipped directly. We will ship the order once the payment has reached us if you choose a regular bank transfer.
  3. Click "Choose payment method and confirm order" to proceed.
  4. If you have chosen an online payment method our system will redirect you our PSP MultiSafePay to complete the payment. Do not forget to use the return link once you completed the payment.
Order completed
  1. An order confirmation email is send to your registered email address.
  2. Chose a bank transfer? All details to carry out the payment are send by email. Used an online payment method like PayPal or Credit Card? A payment confirmation email is send to your email address up on approval and clearance of the payment.
Order by Phone
You can also place an order by phone through one of our sales employees. You can reach us by phone during business hours from Monday until Friday from 09am to 05.30pm except on Monday morning to 12am and on Saturday from 09am to 04pm. Before you call us we advise you to follow the next steps first.

  1. Find the item(s) you wish to order and write down each of the item numbers. You can find these on the item detail page.
  2. Note, if applicable, the desired size, color and / or length.
  3. Note your customer number if you've already ordered at Square before.
  4. Make sure you know the e-mail address, the delivery address and a telephone number where we can reach you.
  5. Then call us. We can be reached by phone at +32(0)11/648410.
  6. We will process the order and provide you with the correct payment information to complete the order.
Order via fax or email
Would you prefer to order via fax or email then of course this is possible. Download the order form and carefully read the following steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you wish to order and write each of the item numbers on the order form. You can find these on the item detail page.
  2. Write, if applicable, the desired size, color and / or length on the order form.
  3. Write your customer number on the order form if you've already ordered at Square before.
  4. Fill out the address fields, enter a valid email address and phone number.
  5. On the order form, mark which way you would like to pay for your order.
  6. Send the completed and signed order form by fax to number +32(0)11/648610 or via email to info@squareboardshop.com.
  7. We will process the order on receipt of the order form and provide you with the correct payment information to complete the order.
 

 

2. How do I know that you received my order?

Once you have placed an order through the website and the entered email address is valid, an order confirmation email will be send to you within a few minutes. This email will show your customer number, order number, a brief summary of your order and, if needed, the necessary details to make the payment.

You can also ensure your order was placed by checking your order status in "My Orders" in your Square account, even when you place your order through our sales department or via email.
 

 

3. How do I redeem a coupon code?

You can redeem your coupon code on your next online purchase. Follow the following steps to redeem the code.

  1. Browse our website and put the desired items in the shopping cart.
  2. Open the shopping cart and enter your coupon code. Click the "Apply Code"-button to validate the code.
  3. Enter your personal information and select the desired shipping method.
  4. Choose a payment method and confirm your purchase.

An order confirmation email is send to you upon confirmation of the order to the registered email address. The redeemed coupon code and value are shown in the email as well.

Something wrong?
Not able to redeem your code, first check:
  • If you correctly entered the coupon code.
  • If the coupon code has not been used before.
  • If the coupon code is still valid.
  • If there are no specific conditions which must be met.

Still having problems to redeem the coupon code, please contact our customer service.
 

 

4. The free gift does not appear in the shopping cart?

Free gifts won't appear in your shopping cart but will be added to your order when shipped.
 

 

5. How can I cancel my order?

It's always possible that you decide not to complete the order afterwards. You can easily cancel the order until it has been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to do so. Make sure you have your order number and / or customer number before contacting us.

Once your order is ready for shipment, cancellation is not possible anymore. In this case you can use the 14day return Policy. Also see "Returns & Exchanges" for more information about this topic.
